The electronic torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, a transmission system, a data acquisition, processing, control, and display system, and is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various torsion elastic elements, components, bolts, etc. The machine adopts a horizontal structure, an embedded high-performance single-chip MCU controller, a liquid crystal display, a full Chinese operation and display interface, and the displayed information is intuitive and easy to read. The multi-button operation and the Chinese display interface make your operation simpler. You can complete the system parameter setting completely according to the habitual prompt interface sequence operation. It adopts AC servo motors and precision reducer transmissions, and has the characteristics of uniform and stable loading, no impact phenomenon, and accurate data acquisition and control.

The whole machine uses the fully digital ZCTestsmart data acquisition and processing system and the liquid crystal display system to perform multi-point tests on the torsion angle of the specimen.
