Product Overview:
This series of testing machines is the latest improved model, combining the advantages of the machines on the market. It is mainly composed of two parts: the host and the electrical measurement and control system. It uses mechanical transmission to apply the test torque to repeatedly bend the sample 90°, and uses a photoelectric switch to record the number of bending tests. After the sample breaks, the touch LCD screen will display synchronously, record the number of bending tests, and automatically stop.
Compliance with standards:
The metal wire repeated bending test machine is developed and manufactured according to GB/T 238-2013 standard, and also complies with the international standard DIN/ISO 7801 "Metallic Materials, Metal Wire Reverse Bending Test". It is mainly used for repeated bending tests of metal wires and thin steel strips to test the performance of the material in withstanding plastic deformation and the defects displayed during repeated bending.
Scope of application:
This machine is widely used in manufacturers of steel wire ropes, wires and cables, as well as steel, construction industries, etc. It is suitable for repeated bending tests of φ0.3-φ6 metal wires. If equipped with special auxiliary tools, it can also perform repeated bending tests on 0.1-3 thin steel strips.
